Production Option

 
  • Mold Design:
    We can design molds from your prints and specifications or samples. We have access to many mold shops which are experienced in making molds to produce rubber parts, at reasonable costs.

  • Sponge Rubber:
    In addition to work with more common solid rubbers, we have many years of experience in molding closed cell sponge parts from a variety of rubber compounds.

  • Size of run:
    Although we are competitive in large-lot production, we specialize in small and medium runs, with flexibility in scheduling.

  • Rubber-to-metal (or nylon type insert) Bonding:
    Many of the parts we produce are molded to or around inserts in a variety of sizes, shapes and materials. Call Enduro Rubber Company when your part requires a bonded to rubber insert.
